The Thistle Street Bar had a facelift back in January 2020. As well as a much need refresh, we were keen to enhance the authentic traditional feel with a few more period touches. Our brewery landlord Greene King / Belhaven helped us achieve this by appointing designer Grant Rough from Rough Design to work in conjunction with Nicolson Decorators.
